Limited Warranty *

Nord products are warranted by Armadillo Enterprises to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.** Any Nord product found to be defective within that period will be repaired, at the option of Armadillo Enterprises, without charge for parts or labor, provided that [1] the product was not misused; [2] its failure resulted from a defect in material or workmanship, and was not damaged in transit, by accident or by fire, nor damaged due to use other than its intended use; and [3] the products are delivered prepaid to seller, at the place of purchase, or to a Nord authorized warranty service center together with a proof of purchase, within one year from the date of purchase. Shipping costs and insurance costs are the consumer's responsibility. Please see that units shipped for service are packed securely - it is recommended that you keep the original box and packing materials for this purpose.

There are no warranties other than those expressed herein. Further, there are no implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, beyond the one year period specifically outlined above. This warranty does not cover units used for loan or rental. Limitation of liability: The above warranty represents purchaser's exclusive remedy and Armadillo Enterprises shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages relating to the product sold.

Armadillo Enterprises' Nord warranties are non-transferrable, and are not valid outside of the United States.

Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranty or the exclusive may not apply to some purchasers. This warranty gives purchaser specific legal rights, and purchaser may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty and this registration page is for Nord products purchased from inside the United States only. This warranty is null and void for Nord products purchased from outside the United States.

**Gig bags are warranted for six months.
